What is HyperLoq?
HyperLoq is a high-quality GPS tracker that works with Find My Apple, designed to help you locate and secure your valuables such as keys, wallets, pets and vehicles, etc.
How does HyperLoq work?
Hyperloq™ NeoTag connects to your iPhone via the Find My Apple app or Retrieved from and uses the free app to track your items. Whether they're on keys, wallets or purses, the device sends a signal that can be tracked in your phone's app to help you quickly find your belongings.
How long does the battery last and how can I replace it?
The Hyperloq™ NeoTag battery can last more than 10 months depending on the use. It uses a CR2032 battery which is easily replaceable. Simply flip the back cover of the NeoTag, use the special plastic opening included in the package to replace the battery and you're ready to go.
Can I track multiple objects with the Hyperloq™ GPS?
Absolutely! You can connect up to 16 HyperLoq™ to the Find My app or Retrieved from and name each one based on the object it is attached to (e.g. keys, wallet, laptop bag). This feature allows you to track 16 different objects at the same time.
What is the range of the Hyperloq™ NeoTag?
Hyperloq™ has a global reach, as it is not exclusively based on Bluetooth. It uses signals from other nearby mobile phones (exclusively from Apple devices) to locate your items, so it doesn't require a subscription or SIM card.
Simply put, if you lose your item, Hyperloq™ can be tracked by other mobile phones (exclusively Apple devices) nearby and send its location to your phone.

Is the Hyperloq™ NeoTag waterproof?
Hyperloq™ NeoTag is water resistant, meaning it can withstand splashes and brief exposure to water, but should not be sunk. But we have a special model for those who are looking for 100% waterproof model with IP67, the Hyperloq™ NeoSplash was made for you and you can find it in our available products.
Which devices are compatible with Hyperloq™ NeoTag?
Hyperloq™ is compatible with all modern iOS devices using version 14.5 or later. Simply download the Find My app or Retrieved from from the App Store, pair it with your phone and start tracking your items.
