How to disable a Hyperloq NeoCard Dual

This article is related to the Hyperloq NeoCard Dual and Google’s Find Hub app.

The Hyperloq NeoCard Dual can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. It will no longer report to Google’s Find My Device network and the owner can no longer get updates on its current location.

If you receive a message on your Android device that a Hyperloq NeoCard Dual has been detected near you and you are not familiar with this device, you can make this NeoCard Dual ring through the system notification that you have received. After locating the item, use the steps described below to disable it. The owner will no longer receive updates on its location and it will no longer trigger unknown tracker alerts.

Disable the NeoCard Dual

(by pressing the button)

1. Locate the button on the Hyperloq NeoCard Dual.

2. Press the button 5 times quickly.

3. When the NeoCard Dual is disabled, you will hear a confirmation sound.

Note: The NeoCard Dual uses a built-in, non-removable battery, so disabling can only be done using the button sequence.

How to re-enable the Hyperloq NeoCard Dual

After re-enabling, the NeoCard Dual will resume reporting to Google’s Find My Device network.

How to put the device into identify mode/Learn more: 

1. Locate the button on the front corner of the Hyperlog NeoCard Dual .
2. Quickly press the button six times within two seconds.
3. Six confirmation beeps will sound and the light will blink six times.

Battery information

The Hyperloq NeoCard Dual includes a built-in, non-replaceable internal battery.
There is no way to open the device or replace the battery manually.
