How to Disable the Hyperloq NeoPro Dual
This article is related to the Hyperloq NeoPro Dual and Google’s Find Hub app.
The Hyperloq NeoPro Dual can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. It will no longer report to Google’s Find Hub network and the owner can no longer get updates on its current location.
If you receive a message on your Android device that a Hyperloq NeoPro Dual has been detected near you and you are not familiar with this device, you can make this NeoPro Dual ring through the system notification that you have received. After locating the item, use the steps described below to disable it. The owner will no longer receive updates on its location and it will no longer trigger unknown tracker alerts.
How to disable the NeoProDual device:
1. Locate the button on the NeoProDual device.
2. Press the button 5 times within 2 seconds. The device will beep and enter sleep mode.
3. NeoProDual is now disabled and will stop sharing its location.
Note: Once disabled, the device will no longer communicate with the Find Hub network.
How to enable NeoProDual identification
Locate the ON/OFF button on the front top of the Tag. Quickly press the button six times within 2 seconds, and you will hear a prompt sound.
